The acquisition of GreenOrbit is in line with the Knosys growth strategy to create a suite of SaaS offerings targeting the digital workplace and information management. By joining forces, the combined businesses will provide a diversified product offering, leveraging global support operations and a focus on product innovation based on highly complementary technology stacks.
